General Terms

darg.store is operated by DARG Coffee (Evrydamantos 38, Athens). By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before each purchase.

Orders & Prices

• All prices include 24% VAT.
• An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
• We may decline an order in case of stock shortage or an obvious pricing error. You will be notified immediately and any amount charged will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We never store card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy applies. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by courier companies.

Withdrawal & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (foodstuffs, freshly roasted coffee ground to order), they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Greek Law 2251/1994 (goods liable to deteriorate quickly). See our Returns Policy. Statutory guarantees fully apply to defective products.

Liability

We make every reasonable effort to keep store information accurate but cannot guarantee the absence of typographical errors.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. For out-of-court dispute resolution you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
