Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food & freshly roasted specialty coffee), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before ordering and to contact us with any product questions.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dargcoffee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or fully refund you, at no cost.
Store Pickup
For store-pickup orders, you may inspect your product on collection.
